Semrush showed no US-dollar price and Profound prices plans on request, so neither has a dollar row here. AIclicks' price starts after a 3-day trial that needs a card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and the chosen plan is billed when it ends unless you cancel before then.

What sets the price: prompts, models, responses and countries

A tracked prompt is one question a buyer would type into an AI assistant. AIclicks says its price follows the prompts you track, the AI engines monitored and the answers analyzed each month. Starter covers 30 prompts, 3 models and 1 country, and Pro covers 150 prompts, 4 models and unlimited countries. No AIclicks page defines a response.

Peec AI counts answers as tracked prompts times active models times tracking frequency; its own example is 25 prompts across 3 models for 30 days, or 2,250 answers. Scrunch charges per brand, per month. Rankscale counts credits, usually 0.25 per engine per prompt.

Yearly billing: what each tracker takes off

AIclicks prints the saving, not a yearly total: $120 on Starter, $588 on Pro and $1,704 on Business, beside rates of $49, $140 and $357 a month, billed annually. Peec AI prints $180, $480 and $900 beside $80, $205 and $420 a month, billed annually. Rankability prints yearly totals of $970, $2,970 and $4,970, which it calls the equivalent of ten monthly payments.

Frase takes 20% off for yearly billing, and Rankscale takes 15% and charges 12 months upfront. Otterly.AI says all subscriptions are monthly and also sells an annual option at 15% off, so check the billing period at checkout. Scrunch's FAQ offers annual discounts to Enterprise clients and shows no annual price for Core.

Costs beyond the plan: extra prompts, engines and users

• Otterly.AI: 100 extra prompts are $99 a month on Standard and Premium and not available on Lite. Google AI Mode and Gemini add-ons are $9, $59 and $149 a month on Lite, Standard and Premium, and Claude is $29, $109 and $439.
• Scrunch: extra users are $25 a month, or 5 seats for $75 a month.
• Frase: extra seats are $29 a month on Professional.
• AIclicks: more prompts can be added on request, with no price shown on its pricing page. Its fees exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated. AIclicks pricing lists the plan limits.

Semrush and Profound: no dollar price to compare

Semrush's AI Visibility and SEO + AI Search pages showed no US-dollar figure for paid plans on either billing view, so its price is on Semrush's page. Its AI Visibility plan, Base, lists 25 custom prompts tracked daily for 1 domain.
